Personal Narrative:  Mr. Thibault is a member of the firm. His practice focuses on public sector labor and employment law, handling negotiations, arbitrations and litigation on behalf of the firm’s public sector clients. He regularly provides counseling to public sector clients on a wide array of labor and employment matters, including employee discharge and discipline; employee leaves of absence; sexual harassment in the workplace; race, age, sex and disability discrimination; reasonable accommodations to disabled employees; unfair labor practices; and other related matters.
 
Mr. Thibault has represented management clients in the state and federal courts, as well as before the Public Employment Relations Commission, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative bodies.
He has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
 
A fair amount of Mr. Thibault’s practice involves handling police disciplinary matters and he has spoken extensively on the administrative investigation of police officer misconduct and the prosecution of administrative disciplinary charges preferred against police officers.
