John P. Harrington
- Mr. Harrington graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Newark (J.D. 1995),
and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Jersey. Mr. Harrington specializes in employment
discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation. He
represents management in employment matters in state and federal court and before
administrative agencies dealing with labor and employment matters. He also provides advice and assistance to
employers in employment-related immigration matters.
He is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar
Association and a participant in the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.

Robert J. Merryman - Mr. Merryman is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law Camden (J.D. 1991),
and was a recipient of a graduate fellowship to the Eagleton Institute of Politics where
he earned a Master of Arts in Political Science.
Mr. Merryman represents municipalities and boards of education in the areas of
Labor Law, Employment Law and Education Law.
He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Merryman is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a
member of the New Jersey Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section, National
Association of School Attorneys and the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.

Arthur R.
Thibault, Jr. - Mr. Thibault is a cum laude graduate of
Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he was a member of the Law Review and
recipient of the President's Achievement Award. In addition to Dean's List honors, Mr.
Thibault was awarded Certificates of Merit in Labor Law and Constitutional Law and the
Best Brief in Advocacy. He is author of The Erosion of the Right to Trial by Jury:
United States v. Soderna, 25 T.M. Cooley J. Prac. & Clin. L. 285 (1998). Since
returning to New Jersey in 1998, Mr. Thibault has concentrated his practice on the
litigation of employment and labor matters in State and Federal Courts.

Linda Ganz Ott - Ms. Ott is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she received an
award for Distinguished Work in Equal Employment Opportunity Law. She was an appellate law
clerk to the Honorable William A. Dreier, P.J.A.D. with whom she co-authored,
"Liability for Warning Defects - An Overview" Products Liability: The
Duty to Warn, ICLE 1995. Ms. Ott specializes in employment discrimination and school
law. She is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association
and the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ryan S. Carey - Mr. Carey is
admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Carey's practice is
concentrated in the areas of employment and labor law and related counseling and
litigation. Representing management, Mr. Carey has been involved in employment related
disputes at the administrative, state court and federal court levels. Mr. Carey is a
member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association (Labor and Employment
Section), Essex County Bar Association and New York Bar Association. Mr. Carey is a
graduate of The College of New Jersey (B.S. cum laude, 1996), and Seton Hall
University School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1999), and is a former intern of the
National Labor Relations Board, Region 22.
